Ontario Property Watch?

The Ontario Property Watch program is an IN-DEPTH security and maintenance INSPECTION and REPORTING SYSTEM that offers people the peace of mind of knowing that their property is being thoroughly inspected in their absence.

We have developed an in-depth checklist that allows us to inspect your property and provide a useful assessment of its condition on an on-going basis. We help you satisfy your home insurance requirements and can assist you in preventing further damages by reporting unexpected problems in a timely fashion.

We can make you aware of conditions and potential hazards that can save you the time and money of having to clean up after an accident and can help you find honest and reliable service people should it be required.

Our Inspection

We've developed our inspection checklist and system by combining more than thirty years of fire and security experience with nearly 20 years of experience in home renovations.

We inspect homes, cottages, trailers as well as apartments and we know where to look to find potential hazards. We provide you with a written report within 12 hours of our inspection and will call you immediately in the event of any urgent concern.

Our prices are extremely competitive and our service is second to none. In addition to the written report which you will receive by email within 12 hours of our inspection, we are also able to provide you with dated pictures of your property at your request.

We offer one time service, weekly service, or monthly service. Most property insurance policies require you to have a responsible person inspect your property at regular intervals (usually every 3 days) in your absence. Our inspections are based on 3 day intervals but we can offer our service to you at whatever frequency you prefer.

We also offer a Post-Storm Inspection where we go out and inspect your property after a storm. We can do this at your request and if you are regular monthly customer, we will inspect your property after a storm at no additional cost (maximum 2 additional visits per month).

We are located in the Horseshoe Valley area and are looking for new clients in Northern Simcoe County and the Southern Muskokas including Port Severn, Honey Harbour, Victoria Harbour, Rama, Kilworthy, Orillia, Barrie, Severn Bridge, Washago, Atherley, Bayshore Village, Port Stanton, Coldwater, Waubaushene, Sturgeon Bay, Moonstone, Horseshoe Valley, Hillsdale, Orr Lake, Craighurst, Hawkstone, Oro Station, Shanty Bay, edgar, Elmvale, Midhurst and surrounding locations.
